§ 1 Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, an editorial information portal published by Valletta Point Media Ltd, registered in Malta under company number C 13552. By loading any page, clicking any link, or reading any review on this portal, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, leave the site now and refrain from further use.

The portal is operated from 129 Tower Road, St Julian's, Malta. All references to "we", "us", or "the publisher" in the text below mean Valletta Point Media Ltd.

§ 2 Service provided

LuckyBoom is a review and comparison site for online casinos licensed within the European Economic Area. The content is editorial. It is written by journalists, updated on a regular cadence, and intended to inform Dutch readers about bonus structures, wagering mechanics, payout speeds, and game libraries.

No gambling product is offered here. You cannot register a player account on this portal, deposit funds, place bets, or withdraw winnings. Every transactional interaction happens on the casino operator's own platform, which is reached through outbound links clearly labelled as such.

§ 3 Age restriction

This website is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. Access by minors is prohibited. Operators are required to verify age before any signup through our outbound links, and Cruks-registered players are blocked at the casino's own registration step. § 4 No warranty

Reproduction of full review pages, or systematic scraping of the database, requires prior written consent sent to office@luckyboom-casinos.eu. Quotation in the press is permitted provided LuckyBoom is named as the source and a working link is included.

§ 7 Responsible gambling

Gambling carries financial risk and can become harmful. The Dutch self-exclusion register, Cruks, is administered by the Kansspelautoriteit and covers every operator licensed in the Netherlands. § 8 Limitation of liability

Liability for direct damages arising from ordinary use of the site is limited to the amount of commission actually received in respect of the affected user, where this is permissible under EU consumer law.

Liability is excluded for indirect losses, lost winnings, or consequential damages of any kind. Nothing in this clause affects statutory rights that cannot be contracted out of under Dutch or EU consumer protection rules.

§ 9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, reflecting the registered seat of Valletta Point Media Ltd at 129 Tower Road, St Julian's. Mandatory consumer protections granted to you under Dutch law and under directly applicable EU regulation remain unaffected.

Any dispute arising from or connected to your use of this portal falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, save where a Dutch consumer invokes the protection of his or her own courts under EU jurisdiction rules.
